My mother had a business trip to Da Nang last weekend, and I had a chance to visit this beautiful city with her. She worked for one morning, and the rest of the time she took me outside to visit some famous places. The first spot was the Hoi An ancient town, which was a completely different world from the busy roads out there. I took many pictures with the lanterns, the old corners, and enjoyed some of the very delicious food. In the evening, we took a short trip to Dragon Bridge - a symbol of Da Nang City. Since it was Saturday night, we had chance to witness the Dragon head blowing fire and water. It was such a wonderful view, and I was really impressed by that. Next we went around the city to enjoy the nightlife here, and Da Nang was very different from Ho Chi Minh City. Next morning, we woke up pretty early to go to My Khe beach - which is also known as one of the six most beautiful beaches of the world. The sand was white, the water was crystal clear, and the ranges of coconut made the atmosphere seemed so poe. In the afternoon, we visited the Asian Park - Sun World Da Nang Wonder so I could play some interesting games. In the evening, we went to two other famous bridges - the Han River and the Love bridges. Both of them were so beautiful, and it was a pity that we did not have more time to actually enjoy the view. I left Da Nang in regret that night, and I had to admit that Da Nang was such a worthy city to live.

Soak noodles in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain. Bring water to a boil in large pot. Add noodles, and boil 3 to 5 minutes - don't overcook. Drain, and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Hi! I'm from Ho Chi Minh city of Vietnam. Vietnam is a busy country and has many traditionals. I live in the town that far from the centre of the city. Everyone in the locality has nice eating and drinking habits. In the morning , everyone in my town gets up at about 5 o'clock but it's not too early and everyone is getting up on time. Everyone usually has breakfast at home like noodles, rice with vegetables or bread but sometimes they have to have breakfast out because there's no time for cooking.

Everyone in my locality always eats vegetables and meat for their lunch and of course they have to cook the food . After eating , they have to work until the evening and have dinner at 6 or 7 , in the evening, their meal always look like fried meat or fish, lettuce or cucumber. Yes, it looks homely.

Gardening and enjoying delicious foods are two of my favorites. About gardening, I have planted lots of different seeds, both vegetables and flowers at my small plot of land in front of my house. I always dream of creating a flourish garden on my own. About foods, I think I can eat everything when I'm hungry, but my best dish ever is salad. It's light for my stomach and easy to make. In my free time, I often do the gardening or eating as they help me relax and refresh myself.

However, there is a dish that it's very popular in my country. It's My Quang (Quang Noodle). My Quang is a cheap, delicious and popular dish in my local area. It's made from noodles, eggs, shrimps, herbs, meat,...Nowhere in Vietnam can cook My Quang as delicious as my hometown. It's really tasty. The people who far from Quang Nam for a long time miss this dish a lot because it contains the hometown's smell.
