My favorite sport is badminton, and I think it is a suitable sport for girls me. I have been playing badminton since I was 12, and it is very good for me to improve my height. It needs at least two players to play, and we have to use rackets to hit a shuttlecock over a net. However, we can always play it in double form with two players each side or in larger teams. Points are counted when we can strike the shuttlecock across the net, and it lands within the opponent’s side of the court. Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

Of all the subjects taught in school, I Geography best. It is the only subject which teaches me everything I need to know about the world we live in, for example, vegetation, way of life of people, climate, agriculture and economy.

I learn about the countries around Malaysia and in other parts of the world and, since I cannot visit and see for myself every country in the world, I get at least a good picture of these countries by studying Geography. I am very interested in finding out more about other countries especially those that experience snow when winter comes. I often wonder about the life of the people in these countries. What would it be to be dressed in thick clothes and boots and living in snow-covered houses amidst fir trees? Then, there are the hot desert lands that stretch for miles and miles without a tree in sight. They, too, fascinate me. I marvel at the inhabitants who are able to tolerate the intense heat of the burning sun, traveling along miles of barren, hot land on camels where the only vegetation found would be the few palm trees growing at an oasis. The wide range of food which we enjoy daily such as butter, cheese, fruits, bread that comes from wheat and many others lead me on to find out how they are processed and imported into Malaysia and finally make their appearance in our homes.

As I study more in Geography, I understand better the changes in weather conditions, for example, why there are hot and dry seasons or cool rainy days during the monsoon season and how deserts are caused.

I learn many subjects in school. But the one I enjoy learning is History.

History tells us how people lived ages ago. It also tells us how men had to struggle to make the world a better place to live. Many pupils, however, do not to read History. They say that there are too many names and dates to remember. But they do not understand that if we do not know about the past, we can not understand the present properly. In fact, only a study of History will make us realize that everything we do today is the result of what our grandfathers and others before them did in the past. So, History is the long story, we learn many interesting things.

I love history so much that i have a lot of history books in my house. Some day, i might even write a history book myself.

People say: Family where life begins and love never ends. There is only love from bottom of the heart that could realize the meaning of that saying. My family is made up of 3 people: my mother, my younger brother and I. My parents have divorced for 10 years. Since the pain that my mother had to suffer is too big so she doesn’t get marriage again and she has tried all her best to take care of us. My mother’s main job is a pilot at Vietname Airlines. Her flights could be last for a few days or even a week. Sometimes we only meet her at the weekend. But my mother did hire an old house maid who is very careful and nice to take care of me and my brother while she is busy at work. We always look forward to receiving mother’s gifts after a flight. Left all the mess behind, my mother becomes a strong woman that she even couldn’t imagine before. About my younger brother, he is the most mischievous person that I have ever known. Last semester, my brother’s teacher came to see my mother three times a week to complain about the things that he had done. However, he is very good at swimming. In addition, he is one of ten excellent students in school. That’s why my mother always tolerant of his bad behaviours. In the opposite of my brother, I am quite staid and taciturn. But we are still very close and think about each other as a bestfriend. That makes my mother is so happy. Now, I am no longer stay at home, I moved to Ho Chi Minh 2 months ago to study at university. I miss my mother, my brother and even my house maid so much. No matter how far I am away from home, my family is always in my heart because “family where life begins and love never ends”.

Học kỳ trước, giáo viên của em tôi đã phải đến nhà gặp mẹ tôi 3 lần trong một tuần để phàn nàn về những việc mà nó đã làm. Tuy nhiên, em trai tôi rất giỏi bơi lội. Thêm vào đó, nó còn là một trong 10 học sinh xuất sắc nhất trường. Đó là lý do mà mẹ tôi luôn tha thứ những hành vi không tốt của nó. Trái ngược với em trai, tôi khá trầm tính và ít nói. Nhưng chúng tôi vẫn rất thân thiết và xem nhau như bạn thân. Điều đó làm mẹ tôi rất hạnh phúc. Tôi bây giờ không còn ở nhà nữa. Tôi đã chuyển đến Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để học đại học 2 tháng trước. Dù tôi có đi xa nhà đến đâu thì gia đình vẫn luôn nằm trong trái tim tôi bởi vì “gia đình là nơi cuộc sống bắt đầu và tình yêu không bao giờ hết”.

My family is my home. My family has three people, my parents and I. My parents are the Guards working at the Capital Command. Although busy at work, my parents still care for me every little bit. I am the only son in the family. This year I am in grade 2, Minh Khai Primary School. I always try to study well to make my parents happy. I love my family very much. I hope my family is always full of laughter.

Last week, my roommate introduced me a successful film which has adventurous features, meaningful context and good acting entitled “Virtual city.” The movies told a story about a gamer being accused of rape and murder while he is innocent. After making every effort to escape from a solitary confinement, he is helped by his team player to revenge and find out the truth. Eventually, it turns out that a group of gangland with enormous power and money exploits the poor’s disadvantages to reduce many crimes of the city mayor. The film carries a deep message that the life value in human society has been decreased in 21^st century. Specifically, the film’s shot on location in Korea. On one hand, the miserable always lead a good life; on the other hand, the rich enjoy their life by making corrupt use of other people. Throughout the movie, we learn that what goes around comes around. As long as I am concerned, all the characters were carefully casted then played the scenes repeatedly to give out the best quality. The main characters are Kwon Yoo, Yeo Wool and they are played by Ji Chang Wook and Shim Eun Kyung. Both of their acting were excellent, which expressed strong emotions to audience. Additionally, the special effects are fantas when describing the scene of Kwon Yoo’s prison-break. However, some scenes are not touching due to few unexpected features. Although “virtual city” has just been released, its box office in VN was more than 200 billions VNĐ. Film cris considered it a masterpiece of the worldwide cinema, especially Korea drama

Most of movies are in English. I to watch them without subtitles. If I can I always switch the polish dubbing off ? I hate it.

The last advantage to know English is I can talk with all people talking English. This holidays when I was in Gdańsk somebody asked all people: ?Do you speak English?? Everybody talked ?No? and ?Nie wiem o co chodzi.?. When she came to me and asked the question ?Do you speak English?? I could say ?Yes, how can I help you?? She told ?How can I get to the bus station?? I told ?Can you see this building? The station is behind it. Please go this way?. She smiled to me and walked away. I was happy that I could help.

As you can see English is useful in life. All of us study it in everyday situations and activities. The language is quite simple and logic. I use it all the time. This is why I English and it is my favourite subject in school

My favorite subject in school is Mathemas. It is my favorite because I never have difficulty with it and always get good marks in tests.

I suppose I am lucky to be born with a clear-thinking brain. So ever since young, manipulating numbers and figures came easy to me.

The wonderful thing about Mathemas is that, besides some formulae, there is nothing else to remember. Every step in solving a problem is done logically. Other subjects History and Geography require a lot of memory work. Remembering dates and other facts is hard work compared with the ease and simplicity of mathemaal reasoning.

While Mathemas is simple to me, some of my friends have great difficulty with it. I do not really understand why. They get stuck with simple problems and often give up. So I help them out when I can.

The one advantage I have in being good in Mathemas is that I do not have to spend a lot of time on it. Homework and tests are a breeze. So I have plenty of time left over to study other subjects. Sometimes I feel sorry for my less fortunate classmates who get scolded in class for not completing their Mathemas homework.

Anyhow I have come to realize that human beings can be so different in their abilities while they look similar otherwise. Some of us are lucky to be good in some things. Others may not be so lucky.

When I was in High school, my favorite subject was the Korean Literature. Most friends of mine used to fall asleep in the class because they felt the subject was boring and old-fashioned. However, my eyes were widened and I felt excited as the Literature class has started. I thought the subject was leading me to the new world that I had never experienced before in my life.

Through the reading of variety genre of the Literature, I could feel my ancestor's life and culture in the specific era. Especially in old poem, I noed their values such as loyalty to the nation, religious attitudes influenced by shamanism, Buddhism and Confucianism. Moreover, people started to write an essay which is more narrative and descriptive based on their usual life. Through the reading, I could feel their sorrow, happiness and depicted love of nature and man. For me, it was fascinated to find out someone's feeling through out the short piece of the Literature.

As well as reading and analyzing others' masterpieces, my teacher, Mrs. Lee asked us to create some of the writing based on the characters of the Literature that we learned in the class. Sometime, I pretended to be a soldier who was filled with loyalty towards the Kingdom and described my emotions in the short poem. In addition, she made us to write a love letter to the main characters in the Literature. At the first time, students including me complained to the teacher because we were not familiar with the work. However, through the writing processing, I learned and praced how to imagine other people's status and emotions.

Reading and writing process in the Korean Literature subject was one of my communication way to the world and history. I could access to various styles of Literature in different ages from old times to the modern ages. It always refreshed my thoughts and feelings during the school years.

Lu Lu có một bộ lông vàng óng, em cũng không biết nó thuộc giống chó gì. Năm nay 2 tuổi Lu Lu nhìn trông to lớn vô cùng, chẳng bù cho lúc trước bé xíu lũn cũn. Lu Lu nặng tầm khoảng 15 kg, đối với người trong nhà rất hiền lành nhưng đối với khách lạ thì rất dữ tợn. Hàm răng chú trắng bóng, sắc lẻm, cái lưỡi hồng hồng suốt ngày thè ra thở . Đôi tai thính cứ có tiếng động lạ là lại vểnh lên. Chiếc đuôi cong cong ngoáy tít lên mỗi khi em xoa đầu hoặc chơi đùa với nó.

Lu Lu rất thông minh, chuyện gì cũng dạy một lát là hiểu. Lu Lu biết đi vệ sinh đúng chỗ, không bao giờ bước chân vào nhà, bao giờ cũng đợi người cho ăn mới ăn chứ không khi nào ăn vụng. Không những thế Lu Lu còn biết đi bằng 2 chân như một chú chó trong rạp xiếc. Trong nhà em không khi nào có chuột bởi Lu Lu bắt chuột rất tài, lũ chuột phá phách vậy mà không bao giờ dám bén mảng đến gần. Lu Lu thích nhất là chơi trò đuổi bắt. Cứ mỗi lần em chạy là nó lại đuổi theo với vẻ mặt vô cùng hào hứng. Đêm đến, khi cả gia đình ngủ say thì Lu Lu lại âm thầm thức canh cho giấc ngủ của mọi người. Cả nhà em ai cũng yêu quý Lu Lu. Lu Lu cũng rất gắn bó với mọi người. Đã từ lâu Lu Lu như là một thành viên không thể thiếu của gia đình.

Companionship is something of essence to people, therefore I have got a close friend since I was at secondary school. It is a domesated dog. This was a birthday present from my parents on my 15th birthday. I am originally interested in furry creatures, hence the dog was a great happiness to me. He is an adorable dog with burnished fur and streamlined tail. He has thin and strong legs so he sun so fast. He is an omnivorous animal so he can eat the same food in our meals. additionally, he has strong sense of smell and hearing, together with sharp vision and understanding power thus called intelligent animal. This dog is easily controlled and taught anything through proper training. He guards home and family for the whole day without getting anything in return. He starts barking very loudly whenever any stranger approaches the house. Moreover, he usually shows affection towards the owner by wagging his tail and licking hands or face. Since he appears, he has got rid of loneliness in my life. He has been proved as a very useful and obedient animal for the mankind. I always have deep affection for this close friend.

Tình thân là điều gì đó rất quan trọng với con người, vì thế mình cũng có một người bạn thân từ khi còn học cấp 2. Đó là một chú chó được thuần hoá. Đây là món quà sinh nhật lần thứ 15 của bố mẹ mình. Mình vốn dĩ rất thích thú có lông, vì thế chú chó này là niềm hạnh phúc lớn với mình. Nó là một chú chó đáng yêu với bộ lông bóng bẩy và chiếc đuôi thẳng. Cặp chân của nó gầy và khoẻ nên chạy rất nhanh. Nó là động vật ăn tạp nên nó có thể ăn cùng loại thức ăn trong bữa ăn của gia đình. Thêm nữa, khứu giác và thính giác của nó rất nhạy bén, cùng với khả năng quan sát và hiểu nên được gọi là loài vật thông minh. Nó dễ điều khiển và dạy mọi thứ bằng sự đào tạo thích hợp. Nó coi nhà và gia đình cả ngày mà không nhận lại điều gì. Nó bắt đầu sủa rất to mỗi khi người lạ đến gần ngôi nhà. Hơn nữa, nó thường thể hiện tình cảm với chủ bằng cách vẫy đuôi hoặc liếm vào tay hay mặt. Kể từ khi nó đến, nó đã loại bỏ đi sự cô đơn trong cuộc sống của mình. Nó là loài vật rất có ích và nghe lời. Mình rất yêu quý nó.
