I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity.

I think every person has his or her own hobby, and I consider the best activity to do in my spare time is listening to music. Music is a miracle, it can help to release the negative things in my spirit, and it can also make me forget the fatigue in life for a moment. In music, there are so many different emotions, and each of us can find the right tone for each mood. Relaxing moments can go along with the tone of ballad or country songs; happy moments can go with pop songs, and energe moments can contain rock songs. Singer is also associated with the emotions in music. When I a certain singer, I often hear every song which is sung by that person. Sometimes I do not understand the lyrics, but it is the melody that can connect the souls of music lovers. By music, I am able to make friends with many people all over the world, and we understand each other through the songs and melodies that we share. I am so thankful that someone decided to invent music, and listening to music is always the best thing to do in my free time.

I am a student at high school. My school is very big and more beautiful. At school, there are many students and teachers. The teachers are very nice and ardor.They give me many many books and lessons. Everdday, I go to scool and meet my friends. We try to learn to become good student. We enjoy reading, playing, learning, helping together. In the scholl, I study so much, math, science, History, English , Vietnamese,...I like English, Chemistry, math. I can sleep when I study. I try alot, if I lazy, my teachers are sad. I love all the day for school and love my teachers so much. Because not people don't love their school. I love it and I know It's love us too. I love my school, my friends, my teachers very much. I can not forget this beloved high school. I will try study to worthy my teachers, my school.

I study in Luong The Vinh Secondary school which is one of the best schools of Phu Yen Province. It has a stone building. It has all facilities a good school should have-well furnished classrooms, laboratories, library and playground.

As we enter the school, there is a playground to our left and a small garden to our right. When we enter the building, the Principal’s room and the office room are to the left and the staff room to the right side. These are well furnished. There are thirty four classrooms. Our labs are well equipped. Our library has books almost on all subjects. Our Librarian is also very helpful.

Our school, like all schools, has a prescribed uniform. We have to wear white or cream cotton shirts, light-blue trousers, black shoes and white socks. Girls have to wear white blouses and light-blue skirts in primary and middle classes and white shirts and light-grey skirts in higher classes. They have to tie white ribbon also.

In our school special attention is paid to behavior, cleanliness and punctuality. The most well behaved, neat and punctual student is awarded a prize at the Annual Day function.

Our Principle is a strict disciplinarian. He takes the help of P. T. Teachers too. If any one violates the rules, and is not in uniform, or makes mischief, he gets punished. But he is fair and loving. He tries to find out the reason and guides us.

Our teachers are also quite strict. They teach us with great care, check our note-books, help us when we need but if we are inattentive and don’t work properly, then we are punished.

I like my school very much and I am proud that I belong to it. I shall never forget it.

I want to tell you about one of my favourite hobbies, which is cooking. I love to cook homemade meals, because they are healthy, less fattening and nutritious to eat.

My favourite things that I like to cook are; chicken bryani noodles and vegetables, pasta with tomato sauce or tuna casserole.

Cooking to me is also an enjoyable thing to do as well as it being a special hobby.

I encourage people to take this opportunity to make healthy cooking a part of their everyday lifestyle.

From what I know, a lot of people eat the wrong foods at the wrong time; so they will make up excuses for not eating healthy. It’s no wonder people are extremely obese and they should take proper care of themselves. Those kinds of people just don’t want to listen to their physicians. That’s why people have health problems such as heart attacks, which could lead to possible death.

– One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.

I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.

It is in Luong Bang town, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province. It is very beautiful and big. There are twelve classrooms and eight function rooms in my shool. My school has five hundred and twenty-five students and thirty-two teachers. Students in my school are very good. They come from around Kim Dong district. Our teachers teach very well.
